Justin Timberlake Lyrics
Justin Randall Timberlake (born January 31, 1981) is an American pop musician. He has won six Grammy Awards as well as two Emmy Awards. He got his big break when he appeared as a contestant on Star Search, and went on to star in the Disney Channel television series The New Mickey Mouse Club, where he met future bandmate JC Chasez. Timberlake became famous in the late 1990s as the lead singer of the boy band 'N Sync, whose launch was financed by Lou Pearlman.
In 2002, he released his debut solo album, Justified, which sold more than 7 million copies worldwide. The album was a commercial success, spawning the hits "Cry Me a River" and "Rock Your Body". Timberlake continued his success with his second solo album, FutureSex/LoveSounds (2006), debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, and produced the US number-one hit singles "SexyBack," "My Love," and "What Goes Around.../...Comes Around."
Timberlake's first two albums made him one of the most commercially successful singers in the world, each selling in excess of 9 million copies (in addition to his 55 million albums sold with 'N Sync). Aside from music, he has also begun an acting career, while his other ventures include record label Tennman Records, fashion label William Rast, and the restaurants Destino and Southern Hospitality.

Near the end of 2002, Timberlake was the first celebrity to appear on Punk'd, a "candid camera" type show created by Ashton Kutcher to trick celebrities. Three episodes later, he set up Kelly Osbourne to be "punk'd", thus making him the first celebrity to appear on the show more than once. Timberlake later spoofed Ashton Kutcher and Punk'd in a 2003 episode of NBC's Saturday Night Live.
Timberlake has hosted many music events, including the European MTV Music Awards in 2006. On December 16, 2006, Timberlake hosted Saturday Night Live, doing double duty as both host and musical guest for the second time. During this appearance, he and Andy Samberg performed a R&B song for a skit entitled "Dick in a Box," which some radio stations have aired as an unofficial single from Timberlake and has become one of the most viewed videos on YouTube. On May 9, 2009, he appeared in another SNL Digital Short opposite Samberg, Susan Sarandon and Patricia Clarkson entitled "Motherlover", a quasi-sequel to "Dick in a Box".
Timberlake appeared on Jimmy Fallon's debut as host of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on March 2, 2009.
In 2004, ABC hired Timberlake to write a song for its NBA coverage.
Timberlake is the executive producer on the upcoming MTV reality series The Phone, which premiered on April 21, 2009. According to People Magazine, the series "thrusts contestants into a heart-stopping action adventure worthy of a summer blockbuster. In six, hour-long episodes, a mysterious stranger on the phone invites four strangers into the dangerous game. If they accept, they're paired into two teams and dared to perform physical and mental challenges reminiscent of Matt Damon's The Bourne Identity or Shia LaBeouf's Eagle Eye."
Timberlake will reprise his role as Artie in the fourth Shrek movie.
Two early teen romances, first to a school sweetheart and then to aspiring pop singer Veronica Finn predated intense media interest, but both ended unhappily. Early in 1999 Timberlake began what eventually became a high-profile celebrity relationship with fellow pop singer Britney Spears, with whom he had worked on the New Mickey Mouse Club. This ended abruptly in March 2002, amidst tabloid press speculation on Spears' infidelity with choreographer Wade Robson, a mutual friend of Spears and Timberlake. Lynn Harless says as a mother she too was devastated regarding the break-up, but to this day speaks warmly of Spears, "Britney grew up on my living room floor. I still love her to death. They (Justin and Britney) were together 10 or 11 years and had, from day one, instant chemistry between them. She's a sweet girl. I just hate what she's going through now." The breakup influenced the lyrics and theme of Timberlake's hit "Cry Me A River", one of the most popular singles from Justified.
Post-Spears, Timberlake has generally refused to discuss his personal life with the media, as a result of which his relationships have been the subject of much speculation in the tabloid and celebrity press. He was involved with singer-actress Stacy Ferguson prior to 2001.[80]He was romantically linked with actress-dancer Jenna Dewan (in mid-2002)[81] and actress-singer Alyssa Milano (between September and October 2002).[81] Timberlake began dating actress Cameron Diaz soon after they met at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards in April 2003. Regular rumours of break-ups reported in the tabloid press were either ignored or occasionally denied. On the December 16, 2006 episode of Saturday Night Live, Diaz introduced Timberlake as the night's musical guest, and the couple officially split shortly afterwards. After the tabloid press alleged an affair between Timberlake and Scarlett Johannson, with whom he had shot the video for his single "What Goes Around.../...Comes Around Interlude",[84] Diaz and Timberlake issued a joint statement on January 11, 2007:It has always been our preference not to comment on the status of our relationship, but, out of respect for the time we've spent together, we feel compelled to do so now, in light of recent speculation and the number of inaccurate stories that are being reported by the media. We have, in fact, ended our romantic relationship and have done so mutually and as friends, with continued love and respect for one another. ”
Later in January 2007 Timberlake was linked to Jessica Biel when pictures surfaced of the two snowboarding in Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival. On May 12, 2007 romantic pictures of Timberlake and Biel on multiple dates were published. In the August 9–15, 2008 edition of Heat magazine, when Timberlake was asked to describe his perfect woman, he replied "About 5ft.7in.-5ft.8in., nice butt, Midwestern American, kind-of-German last name, green eyes, big pouty lips, fair skin, ahhh....sinewy bod..." which is a fair description of Biel. However, during an appearance on the The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on June 11, 2008 when Jay Leno questioned him about anything related to rumors of engagement and pregnancy, Timberlake jokingly responded that he "is engaging in a conversation with Leno" and "everybody in general can get pregnant."[89]
Timberlake was given Sexiest Man titles by Teen People and Cosmopolitan magazines. On February 17, 2009, Justin was named the "Most Stylish Man in America" by GQ magazine.

Some of you....of course the 149 that gave this album ONE star, are either oblivious to music or just renown Justin Timberlake haters. This album, was SO great. It's been what, 8 years, and I still play this album like it's brand new. I got the opportunity to watch some clips of him making this album and I promise you, the way that some of these tracks were made was just GENIUS. It's proof for most of you that think this entire album was drum machines, when, in fact it most certainly was not. A lot of these tracks came about from just ideas floating around in The Neptunes ( Pharell and Chad ) mind and Justin being there to help further the the ideas. If you're able to watch the creative process of this album, then I'm almost POSITIVE you'll appreciate a lot more and realize that Justin does have amazing and REAL talent. NO gimmicks. Must listen tracks: Take It From Here Still On My Brain Nothing Else Let's Take A Ride Last Night Never Again
Justin Timberlake's first album is really great! There are romantic slow songs and upbeat dance songs. He has a lot of hits on this album. I recommend it!
justin has a really good voice. initially, when i listened to this album i only like the singles..the rest just bored me. i had to take out the cd towards the end and put on my MJ one! i decided to give it another try and realized it wasn't so bad..some songs grew on me. i see alot of people here keep comparing this album to off the wall. yes, he does sounds alot like MJ and some songs does take me back to off the wall...but i wouldn't go as far as saying it's spectacular like off the wall. some of the songs here range from just average to good. senorita (5/5)- i love this song. i remember hearing this during summer 2003. like i love you (5/5)-i remember watching a parody of the video "like i am you" on mad tv. it got me laughing so hard! (oh no) what you got-3.5/5..it's got nice beats but it's nothing special take it from here (5/5)-not bad..it sounds actually nice and soothing. the music sounds laidback and romantic. cry me a river(4.5/5)-a song that talks about cheating. britney, you were such a fool to mess things up him... rock your body (5/5)-it's another favorite of mines..this was also the same song when the unfortunate took place. nothin' else (4/5)-nice beats.. it sounds almost 70ish/retroish. it kinda reminds me of i can't help it. there's nothin' else for me to say. last night (4.5/5)-sounds pretty good but i think it gets better towards the middle..and the ending was laughable. still on my brain (3/5)-nice...but average (and she said) take me now (4/5)-janet and justin sounds great together. it's sad that there's too much controversy with janet. i love janet and it sucks that she gets all the blame. right for me (4/5)-o, ok...now i see that he's tryin 2 sound like prince. i didn't like this song at first, but it grew on me. let's take a ride (5/5)-i like this song. it sounds better than most of the songs on here never again (3/5)-it takes me back to his *nsync days...but it kinda bores me here
My personal fav of his works so far. Nice variety and shows his stuff well. Plus, he looks HOT on the cover.
I pray this isn't the future of music.There are a couple of tracks worth listening to,but the rest are just drum machines and rap,and Justin trying to be Black.{Hey,I can rap too!!!}

Arrived faster that expected since it was an overseas order and would do business with them again.
Overall, I'd say the album is more of a 4.5 than 5 star affair, but I figured with all the unfair one stars that mar this work, the most decent thing I can do is try to balance it back out. Timberlake is an assured vocalist, Timbaland was at the top of his game for this album, and both guys want you to party big time. There is all this talk about 'obvious influences,' some saying Michael Jackson and others saying Prince. But let me tell you.. both of THOSE men had obvious influences too, while still becoming their own personality. Which is exactly what Justin has done here, fully crafted his suave, roguish personality, and made a face for these thrilling tunes. Anytime I want to get a pick me up and feel 'cool' without hearing all the rape and blood included in gangsta rap, this is the cd I turn to. Because while Prince is fun and a master musician when he was on his A-game.. in the end.. he's just a freak.. not a stand up guy like Justin happens to be.
I got this when it first came out in 2006. Every single song is really enjoyable. Justin brought his best on this album. Even though it's four years old, I never get tired of listening to it. I love how the songs flow into each other so smoothly. I'm not a hardcore music person, but the songs on this album are some of the best I've heard in the last ten years. You can't go wrong with JT, he's just awesome.
Great seller. CD was in exact condition as described. No problems. Shipment was fast. Would definitely do business with again.
His first solo album, "Justified", met much success and his follow-up album, "Futuresex/Lovesounds" is even better, with Timberlake feeling his oats and ditching his nice guy persona for a more sensual, adult groove. He still drives the girls crazy and has built an even more solid fan base after numerous appearances on "Saturday Night Live" where, with help from Andy Samberg, he has shown the world he has a great sense of humor, which has earned him more credibility among the young males of the demographic to which he caters. With help, as always, from Timbaland, and with such guest stars as Three Six Mafia and T.I., Timberlake brings a fine production of rockin' beats, lyrics about sex and heartbreak and a solid album of which most is great material with very little filler. This is one of those few compilations that comes along that has a lot of singles released and no matter how many times they are played ad nauseum on the radio, they are still enjoyable to listen to on your own time. Below is a track-by-track description with a numeric rating on a scale of one to ten. Track 1: FutureSex/LoveSound--(8)--a good, heavy-hitting track to start the album off with. Easily danceable, definitely sensual, this showcases Timberlake's new sound, his new persona. It's fresh, it's rich and you'll want to dance right along with it. Track 2: SexyBack--(8)--the first single from the album. Still has staying power, despite being radio-raped. Allowed the public a sneak peek at the sensuality that Timberlake had newly embraced and let run through all of the tracks on this album. Track 3: Sexy Ladies--(8)--another track with a good beat that is similar to the beat used in "Futuresex/Lovesound". It's hard to stop yourself from dancing while driving when this is playing in the car. Track 4: My Love--(7)--an upbeat danceable love song from Timberlake to his lady love. This has also achieved a lot of radioplay but it still just as good after repeat listens. T.I. lends a hand with this track and, just as with the rest of them, we hear a lot of Timbaland on this track as well. Track 5: LoveStoned/I Think She Knows--(8)--A track to follow in the 'N Sync steps of falling for a girl that he meets in a club. Here, Timberlake starts off with yet another strong, danceable track and leads into one of the many over-a-minute-long interludes he uses on this album. Track 6: What Goes Around (Comes Around)--(10)--Nice and long with some great beats about a man who's been wronged by his cheating lover who is going to get her just desserts. Track 7: Chop Me Up--(10)--Another incredible song to follow up the previous incredible song. The beat is amazing, the Three Six Mafia raps are put together very well and this is easily one of the most solid tracks on the album. You will be blasting this when it comes on. Track 8: Damn Girl--(5)--This track is one of the least liked on the album. It doesn't have the same flow and it doesn't feel like it's put together as tightly. Track 9: Summer Love--(9)--This is a great song to crank up in the car on a hot summer night while you're cruising along the winding roads of the neighborhood. Great beats once again! Track 10: Until The End Of Time--(6)--this song sounds like it could have come off of any one of Prince's albums, since it features his signature beat. One of the more down-tempo songs on the album, it still holds its own as a ballad. The album version does not feature Beyonce, as the radio version had. Track 11: Losing My Way--(7)--a good slow jam about people who need someone to hear their plight because lately, life hasn't been going so well for them. Track 12: (Another Song) All Over Again--(5)--another forgettable track along the same lines as "Damn Girl". This is another ballad on the album but not very solid.
